This is Jennifer Rose the 21 year old daughter of two Team Rocket members (Chari and Chad who are also OCs). She doesn't talk about them and no one else knows about them being in Team Rocket. She also has a deep hate for Team Rocket in general. Jennifer's dream is to be a top coordinator. In the beginning she's shy around people but when you become her friend you'll soon meet her loud and annoying side, don't talk a lot about her family, doesn't show when she's sad or angry, act like an 12 year old girl, but she can be really serious if she wants to, clumsy, and sometimes she can get over emotional. She meets up with the main heroes of 25YL in Niaps town where a contest is being held. They all become good friends and Bruce and Jace think she's pretty. Bruce comes right out and says she is while Jace is more of a secret admirer
